The success of Kozy Shack® grew to the point where it was recognized that it would be in the best interest of the company and its customers to make its own deliveries to an increasing number of distribution points while also preparing for future growth. Freshway Distributors Inc. was formed in 1994 to do just that and began to offer refrigerated consolidation services to other manufacturers and distributors. Freshway Distributor’s customer service and dispatch departments coordinate the pickups and deliveries of more than one hundred manufacturers and distributors from our location in Hicksville, NY. Based on the information faxed in, pickups and deliveries are routed and appointments made. It is our goal to surpass the expectations of our customers.
